I’m always on the lookout for the opportunity to whip up new refreshing drink recipes during the spring and summer. I can’t do red wine when it’s hot out, white wine can wind me down and beer is just waaaaaaaaay too heavy.
So we had a scorcher over the weekend with 80 degree temps and I pulled a new recipe out of mid-air. It’s smooth, refreshing, bubbly and if you love ginger ale, you’re sure to love this drink!
>>> INGREDIENTS <<<
4 ounces ginger ale
3 ounces apple juice
2 ounces clear tequila
1/2 ounce orange triple sec
>>> DIRECTIONS <<<
Pour, stir, add ice and serve! If you want it to look extra nice for company, cut a sour green apple into wedges. Wind the wedge around the edge of the glass and rim with sugar. Then cut a slice in the apple and use for a garnish! Enjoy!!
