{recipe} Easy Chik'N Pot Pie


Whether you're vegetarian, or just looking to load up on some much needed veggies and plant proteins, this little self created recipe based on a Bisquick chicken classic is sure to please even the most finicky of eaters.

Ingredients
8 ounces Morningstar Farms Veggie Chik'N Strips, diced
1 and 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 {10 ounce} can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg


Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Mix together your chik'N, thawed veggies and cream of mushroom soup. Spread the mixture into bottom of non greased 9 inch round glass pie pan. In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk and egg. Pour the Bisquick mixture on top of the mixture in the pie pan and spread evenly. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown. Enjoy!!
